BBC wants borrowing cap increased to compete with streaming rivals

The BBC wants the UK government to increase the borrowing limit on commercial division BBC Studios from GBP 350 million level to GBP 500 million to enable it to better compete with US streaming platforms such as Netflix, reports The Telegraph.
