Telenor Norway provides 5G for home heart monitoring in Trondheim

Telenor Norway said it is providing 5G connectivity for home heart monitoring in a pilot scheme in Trondheim with Central Norway Public Health, Hemit, the start-up Infiniwell, and Microsoft. Telenor's network transfers patient readings and other medical information to the cloud. The aim is to see how 5G, the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence (AI) can contribute to sustainable health services in the future.
