46 year old male (was 45 when i began booster)
baseline, hadn't worked out since March when gyms got closed, ate terrible and put on a few lbs
after 8 weeks of taking 2 caps a day, some working out but still no gym mostly cardio
4 weeks off cycle, took blood test while sick. numbers lowest i had ever been tested in my life
8 weeks on, began working out again regularly at gym
4 weeks off, continued my workouts
another 5 weeks off (9 total weeks off) to get a baseline and just curious to see what would happen (plus i forgot to order more in time)
8 weeks back on, best results so far. seem to improve slightly every cycle
getting blood drawn this weekend to see how much they fall during this 4 week cycle, will post here
i'll answer any question regarding anything related to this. biggest perk so far IMO is my sleep quality and cycle. i get very drowsy right around my bedtime and wake up at the same time every day without an alarm. i don't feel groggy a majority of the time when i wake up but still drink boatloads of black coffee daily (not good for adrenals)
