Creating Flange on Angeled base

Hello,

 

I have trouble on creating flange. 

 

The Base is small surface and its horizental. I want to create flange 45degree but it is not straight line with base.

 

As you can see second picture when i tried to applie standart flange it is not proper.

 

How can i solve this problem?
