Mine literally just said she is speaking to a therapist through work about her mental state and feelings.
Then when I asked basic questions she replied
“I don’t want to discuss further. It’s for me”

I think this is good. She is trying to handle some issues she has before they become problematic, and she doesn't want to pass the burden to you.
More women should see therapists, as many women cause the problems around them.

Only worry if she is referred to a medical doctor of any sort. Otherwise, you should support it fully and only be concerned for her if she is. Don't be a bitch. It's for her.
