Bell, Videotron, Cogeco to expand high-speed internet in underserved areas of Quebec

Canada's Bell, Videotron and Cogeco Communications have said they will participating in the federal-provincial High Speed Operation project to connect underserved households in rural areas of Quebec. The statement comes after the governments of Quebec and Canada announced a plan to connect 150,000 underserved homes in various regions of Quebec.
