Thread: Controlled Labs Pets Bella the Bottom B Log

Welcome to Bella's log!

She is a 8 year old English Bulldog. Just a little girl, she weighs in around 45 pounds and is also a touch shorter than most other pure breeds. Bella does have issues with bladder infections and skin issues on her paws, tail and face folds. In the past she has been on allergy shots but in the past year we have stopped giving them to her as they didn't seem to help.

She will be recording her experience with three of the newest products from Controlled Labs Pets for the next month.

The three products we are testing

Orange AllergyImmune (Immune System):


Orange Oximega Fish Oil (Skin and Coat):


Orange Triad (Multi, Joint, Digestion and Immune Aid):

To aid in her Allergy and Skin issues we have been giving her Fish Oil and another product from the GNC lineup. The Allergy "chewable" looks like a big tablet and she refuses to eat it and the same goes with the GNC fish oil (looks just like your normal human fish oil capsule). She will only eat either one of these if it is wrapped in some other type of treat or food, which often times is a chunk or few of lunch meat. This has made it a hassle and many evenings we forget about it all together.

All of them come in a quarter size chewable "treat". Bella can be very picky when it comes to these types of products.

The Controlled Labs Pets Chewables are like treats to her. With very little hesitation she will eat these and even obey a couple of commands (not common for this stubborn old lady). This first day we started her off on just one of each. See for yourself she loves them:



We have had her on one of each in the evening after she eats dinner. She has had no issues with getting sick, having poop problems, or anything adverse at all. After 3-4 days we will be upping the dose to 2 of each and see how that goes.
