In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,739 (down 0.3%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include CIPLA (up 2.3%), BPCL (up 1.8%) and BRITANNIA (up 1.5%). Other gainers include DR. REDDYS LAB (up 1.4%) and DIVIS LABORATORIES (up 1.3%).
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 28,870 to 49,879, registering a gain of 21,009 points (up 72.2%).
PERSISTENT SYSTEMS net profit stood at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended December 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 879 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 16.5% to Rs 10.8 billion during the period as against Rs 9.2 billion in October-December 2019.
For the year ended March 2018, PERSISTENT SYSTEMS reported 3.3% increase in net profit to Rs 3.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.1 billion during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 5.4% to Rs 30 billion during FY18.
The current Price to earnings ratio of PERSISTENT SYSTEMS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 39.8x.
