    NEW DELHI: Shares of Shree Cements Ltd. traded 0.6 per cent down in Monday's trade at 12:38PM (IST). Around 624 shares changed hands on the counter.

    The counter opened at Rs 27099.95 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 27199.0 and Rs 26701.0, respectively, in the session so far. Shares of the company of Shree Cements Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 29097.55 and a 52-week low of Rs 15500.0.

    Total market cap of the Shree Cements Ltd. stood at Rs 96623.34 crore at the time of writing this report.

    Key Financials
    The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 3649.38 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2020, up 8.83 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 3353.33 crore and up 13.63 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 3211.65 crore.

    The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 630.87 crore, up 103.75 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

    Shareholding pattern
    As of 31-Dec-2020, domestic institutional investors held 8.41 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 12.18 per cent and the promoters 62.55 per cent.


    Valuation ratio
    According to BSE data, the stock traded at a P/E multiple of 47.75 and a price-to-book ratio of 4.81. A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price because of better future growth expectations. Price-to-book value indicates the inherent value of a company and is the measure of the price that investors are ready to pay even for no growth in the business.
