But you're not considering a couple of things...
1. How big is the tranny market in your area?
2. Will this tranny market be able to pay for the trannies wages and the cost of overheads?'
3. Because those who lives next to the establishment will see it as a degenerate place, they will want you to move up into a rural area, where no one will be able to see your business, which will cause you to place ads in papers, which will also cause a read flag, because no one would want that on their ad papers.
