Mumbai, Mar 22 (UNI) Maharashtra Congress incharge H K Patil on Monday said he has discussed the issue of Anil Deshmukh with state PCC president and other senior leaders.
In his official statement, Mr Patil stated that Balasaheb Thorat and Ashok Chavan who are core committee members will meet Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to discuss the corruption allegation levelled by IPS Param Bir Singh against Minister Deshmukh.
On Sunday, NCP chief Sharad Pawar has spoken to media in this regards,he said.
However,the core group of MVA will meet the CM this evening to discuss the matter. The final decision will be taken by Mr Thackeray at the earliest, he added.
