Inflow Communications Buys Denver-based PeakView

Cloud communications adoption continues to soar as changing workforce dynamics and demand for virtualization grows.

For businesses, the shift to remote work during the global pandemic catapulted this need to the forefront. In fact, the global UC market is set to grow as more enterprises demand cloud solutions. According to a Million Insights report, it will reach $167.1B by 2025 and grow at 16.8% CAGR from 2019 to 2025.

Looking to strengthen expansion into the advisory and technical services market, Inflow Communications, a provider of strategic advisory, consulting, and managed services for contact center and unified communications technologies, has announced the purchase of PeakView, a Denver, Colorado-based cloud adoption consulting firm, focused on Cloud Contact Center technology and solutions.

Combined, both companies’ efforts will help Fortune 500 to mid-sized enterprises through their digital transformation and will add modern contact center technology and future-proofed cloud contact center solutions.

Travis Dillard, Inflow’s founder, and CEO said the recent deal to combine both companies made sense as they are both “well-aligned in market focus, company cultures, experience, and our approaches to working with customers and partners.”

“PeakView’s contact center consulting depth and enterprise experience combined with Inflow’s sales, marketing, and services offerings will allow us to expand our reach to more organizations,” said Dillard.

Ken Smith, CEO, and co-founder of PeakView, also agreed the combination was a natural fit for both teams.

“Inflow’s culture, people, and services provided a natural fit for PeakView – their capabilities complement ours in a way that enhances and expands our capacity to serve our clients. The suite of offerings in the combined company is unparalleled in the cloud services industry. Our focus has always been one of providing the highest caliber of service and support to our clients, and this merger allows us to more comprehensively meet their evolving needs.”
