Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE were: Arvee Laboratories, Valiant Organics, Silgo Retail, Future Retail, Future Lifestyle Fashions, Ravinder Heights, Silly Monks Entertainment, Rajvir Industries, B.C. Power Controls and Future Supply Chain Solutions.
Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 107.85 points down at 14636.15, while the BSE Sensex was trading 437.82 points down at 49420.42.
On the other hand, Adani Gas, Adani Enterprises, Orchid Pharma , Adani Green and Adani Power stocks hit their fresh 52-week high today.
In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Sun Pharma, Cipla, Divi's Labs and Britannia Industries were among the top gainers on the NSE. However, IndusInd Bank, PowerGrid, Tata Motors, RIL and HDFC Bank were among the top losers.
