Meanwhile, in neighbouring Sangli, 138 fresh Covid-19 patients and one death were reported today, taking the
district's tally of such cases to 49,555 and the toll to 1,772, respectively.
On the other hand, 38 more patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking the overall count of
recoveries to 47,017.
There are now 766 active cases in the district, an official report said.
