    Multiple developers are now coming up with projects where they not only offer homes but also space to grow vegetables and, in some cases, locally managed animal products such as dairy, fish and poultry as well.

    Real estate developers are now developing self-sustainable townships where residents get to cultivate land to produce food products, including seasonal organic vegetables, fruits and flowers, after the Covid-19 pandemic increased demand for open spaces and natural products.
