Warangal Urban: Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao said the people had full confidence in the government of Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) led by Prime Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, and Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao said that the winning of two MLC seats by the ruling party is proof of that. “Given this victory, the leaders of the BJP and Congress should not like to raise unfounded allegations on the TRS and talk rubbish,” he added.
Rao spoke to the media here on Sunday, saying: ‘The TRS, with the support of the people, won two graduate MLC seats with the absolute majority. The leaders of the BJP Congress must refrain from talking nonsense because the people do not believe in their chatter. “Because the people did not believe in the words of BJP, they blocked the BJP candidate from the Telangana Legislative Council,” he added.
Referring to the provocative remarks made by the BJP leaders during the election campaign, Rao said that the people learned a lesson from the BJP in the election. “The BJP candidates obtained the votes that were less than the votes given by the Independent candidates. “It doesn’t matter what the election is, people will always defeat you,” he added. The minister categorically refuted the allegations that the TRS distributed money to the graduate voters.
He demanded the BJP government in the center to keep the promises made in the AP Reorganization Act 2014. On the development of the city of Warangal, Rao said that the prime minister had allocated 250 million more funds in the state budget to the GWMC, in addition to the regular funds.
“We are committed to developing the city of Warangal. “The government has approved $ 300 million to GWMC for the repair of the roads damaged by the floods,” he added.
