Does the type of zma matter?

    Hello
I have taken zma before from my protein.com and was fairly happy with it (slept like I was dead)
But recently I've read the zinc and magnesium should be in aspartate form? Is this correct? If so can someone tell me a good place in the UK to get some with the correct ratios and ingredients?

    Thanks

As long as there is NO oxide anything in the ingredients list.

The blend originally used by snac and used in studies was 30 mg zinc monomethionine aspartate, 450 mg magnesium aspartate, and 10.5 mg of vitamin B6. I would use a supplement that contains that one.
    my info is GOLD
