Hello,
I’m wondering if the excess on my chest is just chest fat? If I carry on in a deficit and training will this fat eventually go ? It just seems like it will never shift
Thanks in advance

It’s a combination of both and here’s why:
Creating a deficit isn’t always guaranteed if it’s a hormonal issue. You’ll sometimes have guys that could visibly see their abs but still have more pectoral fat relative to their thigh, calf or iliac crest measurement.
Usually this can be related to xenoestrogens, toxic load from chemicals/parabens, etc. In addition to your clean diet make sure you add in cruciferous vegetables daily (broccoli, cauliflower, kale, etc) since they help with the detox of excess estrogens. And for gods sake stay away from soy! There’s some conflicting research there but I’d rather lean toward the “better safe than sorry” mentality.my info is GOLD

I got more belly and chest fat also and doesn’t seem to go away atall - even when I was 12lbs lighter than I’m right now. (But I’m also high bodyfat probably 23% right now)
It could just be genetics. If you gain more chest muscle it’ll stretch out maybe? Plus the pics don’t even look that bad no homo. Will look better with a bit more muscle
Your back looks 100% better than front but that could be cuz your arms were raised and back flexed for that pic
Long story short - don’t see no moobs or major chest fat. Keep doing what you’re doing and get more muscle imo**^^ Work hard AND more importantly, work smart ^^**

It looks like a combination of fat, extra skin, and simply not having much actual chest muscle in there to fill in your skin.
Some people do tend to naturally have 'puffy' nipples for a number of reasons, but the best course of action to control or mitigate that (if not totally fix it) is simply to remain on the lean side and build the underlying muscle tissue up.
Muscle tissue is tightly connected to bone and does not really 'sag', so it will not have the same looseness that extra skin or fat will.
Really I think you just need to put on more chest muscle, because right now it seems to be a lagging bodypart for you.The power of carbs compels me!
