The attrition rates are astronomical, the level of training is mind blowing (these are all retired/ex SF operators), and most of these guys like Delta, Ranger, Raiders, SWCC, and SEAL have a limited window to do this given the physical demands.













The pay levels are that way, because if your good enough to make FBI hostage rescue or other elite task forces, you could make millions in private contracting, so those paychecks, although seemingly a lot, are peanuts to the big dogs. SRS
