Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited Restaurants is one of India’s leading casual restaurant chains. It provides consumers with the highest quality food, atmosphere, and facilities. It also owns and manages Barbeque Nation’s Tuscan Restaurants and UBQ which supply the caters segment. The first Barbeque Nation restaurant was set up in 2008. The network continues to expand to 138 Barbeque Nation restaurants in 73 cities in India. And 7 International Barbeque Nation restaurants in 3 countries outside the world after 30 November 2019. The business recently has diversified in Bengaluru and Chennai to add another Red Apple brand, which has 10 Italian restaurants in 2 cities in India.

It provides consumers with the highest quality food, atmosphere, and facilities. It also owns and manages Barbeque Nation’s Tuscan Restaurants and UBQ which supply the caters segment. However, the issue is going to be opened on the 24th of March and it will be closed on 26th March 2021. Hence, the face value is Rs. 5/- per equity share. But, the IPO price is Rs. 498/- to 500/- per share. However, the minimum market lot is set at 30 shares per lot. Moreover, the minimum order quantity for buying is 30 shares. Further, the stock listing at BSE, NSE. Similarly, the issue of Equity shares is Rs. 5/- aggregating up to Rs. 452.87 crores. 

Objects of the Issue:

• To make prepayment/repayment of all or a part of the company’s outstanding borrowings availed on a consolidated basis.
• To meet general corporate purposes.
