Anyone give arms a separate day? I'm usually a push/pull/legs type of person, but switching it up to a 4 day split. It's going to be push-pull-arms-legs and see how it goes with just an arm day.

Obviously depends on details/volume, but IMO a dedicated arms day goes best with a bro split or similar. Arms day after pull sounds less productive than doing them on your push/pull days even if you want to prioritize them a little. But give it a try if it's something you're interested in, never know for sure.

How long does an arm session really take? 20-30 minutes? Isn't it better to add arms to the push & pull days?
4 day split is prime for upper-lower, even FB 4 days. Arms included.2020 maxes

I just do that **** on my gpp days..
Barely programmed, just do a bit and casually track it.
Yesterday I did a 7min density set of inverted rows, 7min super set of curls & exts and 150 pull a parts.
20mins and Done.
Adding an arm day will certainly add a little size.. If its more volume than you where doing.
But it sounds like you traded a Full push day from pplpplr for an arm day. Thats a DROP in volume.
Unless you only did ppl once a week, then its definitely an increase in workLast edited by MyEgoProblem; Today at 08:41 AM.
