Ind vs Eng 5th T20: Virat Kohli scores 80*, breaks Kane Williamson & Aaron Finch’s big record
The Englishman did not have the best of the start to the tour as he was found struggling initially in the series. But as the series progressed, the southpaw chiseled his art to be amongst runs. In the series, Malan scored 24*, 24, 18, 14, and 68.
Before the start of the series, Malan required 145 runs in 6 innings to surpass Babar Azam. Until Malan’s last knock of the series, it didn’t seem like that he will break Azam’s record as he looked a bit pale and itchy out in the middle.
But his knock of 68 runs came just at the right time for him but wasn’t good enough though to take his team over the victory line.
