On occultist's advise, woman kills boy to please gods, conceive child
In a desperate attempt to conceive a child, a woman killed a three-year-old boy on the advise of an occultist, stuffed his body in a plastic bag and dumped it on the roof of a building in northwest Delhi's Rohini, police said on Sunday. The 25-year-old woman, who has been arrested, told police that she was under a lot of pressure to conceive and was being taunted by her in-laws and relatives which led her to approach an occultist who suggested her to sacrifice a child to please the gods, they said.

Parents demand primary classes
A group of parents staged a protest near chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence on Saturday, demanding the students of classes I to VIII be allowed back into schools. The protesting parents, led by Delhi State Public Schools’ Management Association, said that since anganwadis, courts, and classes from IX-XII had resumed functioning, the students of primary section should also be allowed back in schools.
