    HELP - training at home for the lockdown

    Hi everyone, I'm trying to get back in shape but here in Italy we are still stuck at home, the gyms are closed and we can't train decently.
    Could you recommend an exercise routine to do at home? I only have two 10kg dumbbells as equipment, so I'm having a hard time creating challenging workouts.

    The main goal is to lose weight while minimizing the loss of muscle mass.
