I had that one time and it was one of the scariest things ever, I was just sleeping, all of a sudden I heard a damn explosion (there obviously was no real explosion) and I was jolted awake, unable to move, terrified. I forget how long it lasted because it was a long time ago, thankfully it almost never happened after that.Would kick em in the nuts

iv had it a handful of times, it was really weird and unsettling. think I'm developing sleep apnea but need to do another sleep study until they give me anthing for it
