I'm interested in drinking some non alcoholic ginger beer throughout the day. Some articles suggest you can drink a glass everyday but with so many brands of Ginger beer, what ingredients should i be looking for in order to ensure its a healthy drink and not containing junk? My current bottle is Jamaican Ginger Beer, sugar free (but does have sucralose), does this sound enough or is there anything that i should avoid?

There is no agreed definition on what "junk" is. No foods sold in civilised countries can contain poisons. So any foods can be consumed within reason in the context of a healthy diet as long as the other foods add up the the required levels of vitamins, minerals, fiber, water, protein and essential fats...
Short answer yes
Long answer yes, depending on the rest of your diet.
