Three agricultural workers killed in road accident in Warangal Rural

Rural Warangal: In a catastrophic road accident, three female farm workers were killed on Friday at the Neerukulla crossroads on 163 National Highway in Atmakuru in the district, police said. It is said that the condition of another laborer is critical.

The deceased were identified as Madishetti Sambalakshmi (65), Palakurti Sarojana (55) and Md Mehboobi (50) of Atmakur. All died at once due to critical injuries.

It is said that a total of 19 people, including the driver of the autorickshaw, would go to the town of Duggondi Mandal Rangapuram to pick the red chilli crop. When the car reached the intersection, which was identified as an insensitive area, a car collided with the authority in the opposite direction. Due to the impact of the power, the car is badly bent.

Seven other passengers, who were injured in the crash, were moved to MGM Hospital for treatment. The bodies were also moved to the hospital for post-mortem examination.
