Pre-orders for Bandai Namco's upcoming game, Scarlet Nexus, are now live for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The pre-orders are currently only available for digital versions, and Bandai Namco or its distributor, Express Interactive, haven't announced plans for a physical release in India yet.
The PS4 and PS5 versions of Scarlet Nexus can be pre-ordered on the PlayStation Store with a price tag of Rs. 3,999. Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S pre-orders are available on the Microsoft Store for the same price. The Deluxe Edition for both console families is priced at Rs. 5,299. The PC version is available on Steam, priced at Rs. 2,599 for the Standard Edition and Rs. 2,999 for the Deluxe Edition.
The release date for Scarlet Nexus was announced earlier this week, and the game will be making its way to all platforms on June 25. Alongside the release date, Bandai Namco also announced a tie-in anime series for Scarlet Nexus, which is currently still in development.
The anime will be released worldwide in summer this year. It is being produced by anime studio Sunrise Inc.
A trailer released alongside the release date announcement shows Kasane Randall, one of Scarlet Nexus' two playable characters. Kasane and the other protagonist, Yuito Sumeragi, will both feature their own campaign that will give players separate points of view for the same story.
