Sub:  Order under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/SM/IVD/ID9/10959/ 2020-21 dated March 19, 2021 has inter-alia issued following directions:

• Restrain the Noticees (except Noticee no. 8) from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, for a period as provided in the table below:

• It is clarified that obligation of the Noticees (mentioned at table no. 10 of this Order), in respect of settlement of securities, if any, purchased or sold in the cash segment of the recognized stock exchange(s), as existing on the date of this Order, can take place irrespective of the restraint/prohibition imposed by this Order, in respect of pending transactions, if any. Further, all open positions, if any, of the aforesaid Noticees (mentioned at table no. 10 of this order) in the F&O segment of the stock exchange, are permitted to be squared off, irrespective of the restraint/prohibition imposed by this Order.
• During the period of restraint, the existing holding of securities including the holding of units of mutual funds of the Noticees (mentioned at table no. 10 of this Order) shall remain frozen.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.
