On Friday,
TCPL Packaging Limited informed that the company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Company "TCPL Middle East FZE” on 3rd March 2021.
TCPL Middle East FZE is yet to commence its business. It will be engaged in the business of paper product trading, paper trading, packing and packaging material trading, plastic bags and container trading, ink and printing material trading.
The Company has incorporated the wholly owned subsidiary for its business expansion purpose.
Subscription of shares in TCPL Middle East FZE will be by way of cash consideration.
TCPL Middle East FZE is incorporated in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on 3rd March 2021 and is yet to commence business operations.
TCPL Packaging ended at Rs389 per piece up by Rs7.3 or 1.91% from its previous closing of Rs381.70 per piece on the BSE.
