Mapping weldments to two curves of varying radii

Question asked by Jordan Liebel on Mar 19, 2021

I am constructing a bridge feature using weldments. Both primary C-channel supports have the same endpoints, offset by 5ft, but different radii. Side profile looks like a crescent moon or toenail.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to map 2x4 "lumber" weldments between the two curves (on top of the c-channel) because they don't follow the same curvature. I've tried using the flex feature, but can't seem to get it to achieve the geometry that I want.

Is there something blatantly obvious that I'm not realizing? Curve-driven patterns won't work, starting with the same curvature and then changing the height of one arc won't work, so is there an easy way to do this without making individual lines between the two and spacing them out so the 2x4s wont overlap? Or maybe a sheetmetal feature that would work?
