Hi all.
I've been on quite the cut for nearly 6 months now and have lost 50lbs in the process. I'm still somewhat enjoying the journey and don't feel like going on any diet breaks.
How would a 2 week mini-cut fare? I'm at 170lbs as of now and at 5'9". Currently doing 25,000 steps a day and at 2300 calories.
Would dropping down to 1600 for the next few weeks affect metabolic adaptation? As after that I plan on going back upto 2300. I just want to speed things up for a little while.
I've kept most gains thus far and maybe have about 20lbs to lose to reach my target. My bf% is roughly at 20% right now.
