Grasim Industries, a flagship company of the global conglomerate Aditya Birla Group has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved allotment of 93,840 equity shares of Rs2 each of the Company upon exercise of Options and RSUs under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013.
Consequent to the allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 65,80,44,844 equity shares of Rs2 each aggregating to Rs1,31,60,89,688.
The company's stock was performing near the day's high of Rs1395.90 per piece on Sensex.
At around 11:40 AM, Grasim Industries was trading at Rs1,382.50 apiece up by Rs13 or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs1,369.50 apiece on the BSE.
