Siminn says Icelandic competition body clears sale of IT unit Sensa to Crayon of Norway

Icelandic operator Siminn said the Competition Authority has declared that it sees no reason to take any action against Siminn's sale of its Sensa IT subsidiary to Norwegian firm Crayon. The binding deal was announced in December 2020, with an expected transaction value of ISK 3.25 billion. The parties expect to complete the transaction by the end of March.
