Police rule out allegations of attack on Telangana BJP president’s convoy

Suryapet: Police have ruled out allegations of an attack on the convoy of State President Telangana Bharatiya Janata, Bandi Sanjay. The party claims that some members of the Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti (MRPS) along with others tried to obstruct the convoy of Bandi Sanjay.

According to Bhaskaran Superintendent of Police Suryapet, some members of the MRPS organization and the Servo company tried to obstruct Sanjay’s convoy while returning to Hyderabad after attending a program in Kuryad of Suryapet.

He said police immediately intervened and took control of the situation to ensure his convoy passed peacefully.

No BJP president has been attacked. A few people spread videos on social media platforms saying that an attack on Bandi Sanjay’s convoy was carried out, it is completely false. Bandi Sanjay has lodged a complaint with us and the matter is being investigated, ‘said the police officer.
