Diplomats from all the foreign missions here, including those from India, were invited to take the Chinese vaccine.
“Recipients will be vaccinated in a voluntary manner on a voluntary basis, pay for the expenses involved and bear risks,” the notice told foreign journalists. It did not specify the charges involved.
