Health Ministry directive: Now every state will have to do 70 percent RT-PCR test in a day

In order to promote the investigation of coronavirus, the government has decided that now every state will have to conduct a 70 percent corona test daily through RT-PCR. Till now most of the antigen investigation is happening in most of the states. At the national level, every day 49 to 50 percent of the investigations are done through antigen kits. These kits are cheap in price and give results in a short time.

Health Ministry gave the order to states

The Union Health Ministry has issued instructions to all the states after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's meeting with the Chief Ministers on Wednesday. Under this, every person who has an antigen test will also have to undergo an RT-PCR test. Or it can be run only by RT PCR check.

At least 70 percent of the investigation per day will be done through RT-PCR. In about three to four hours through the RT-PCR technique, it is known whether a person has a corona infection or not.

All contacts will be investigated

The Health Ministry has ordered that at least 30 people coming in contact with an infected patient have to be identified and examined within 72 hours. It can also be understood that if the report of a person is found infected on Monday, then it is necessary to investigate all the people who came in contact with him till Thursday.

Corona increased by 500 percent in Ratlam

The most impact of the corona has been seen in the Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh in the country. In the Ratlam district, there has been a 500% increase in patients getting infected every day, which is the most serious situation compared to any other district.

Health Ministry prepared the report of the affected districts of 12 states

After the PM's meeting on Wednesday, the Union Health Ministry has prepared a report for 70 districts in 12 states. It has seen an increase of up to 500 percent. According to the report, between 1 and 15 March, Punjab's Rupnagar 256, Amritsar 123, Moga 100, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar 51, and Kapurthala district saw 51 percent cases.

Yamunanagar 300, Karnal 245, Faridabad 225, Panchkula 215, Kaithal 180, Kurukshetra 158, Ambala 121, and Gurugram 15% of new infected have increased in Haryana. Sirmour 367 Solan of Himachal Pradesh has increased by 267 percent. Apart from these, there has also been a significant increase in patients in Delhi and Chandigarh. In many districts of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh, up to 400% of infection cases have increased.
