Thread: Cauliflower Ear without swelling?

Anyone get some cauliflower ear without any swelling?

I’ve got some hardening and my ears never had any visible swelling. I’d get some minor warmth and feel some minor irritation, but never any swelling.

It seems to prevent cauliflower ear that you need to be able to drain it, but if it’s not swollen/puffy, there isn’t really anything to drain then right? So what can someone do as treatment to prevent the hardening if there isn’t visible swelling?
