CreditAccess Grameen Limited on Thursday approved the issuance and allotment of Securities instruments to the aggregate amount of Rs3,000cr.
“The Board of Directors approved issuance and allotment of Securities, which includes NCDs, CPs or other marketable instruments to the aggregate amount of Rs3,000cr and authorised the "Executive, Borrowings and Investment Committee" of the Board of Directors to consider the particular terms of such Issue.
The meeting of the Executive, Borrowings and Investment Committee of the company will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, to consider the terms of issue of covered bonds / non-convertible debentures or like instruments to be issued by the company to various prospective investors on a Private Placement basis in one or more tranches/issues within the overall limit approved by the Board of Directors,” company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.
CreditAccess Grameen Ltd trade on Thursday ended at Rs678.60 per piece down by Rs16.45 or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs695.05 per piece on the BSE.
