Q. If you hear of an organisation serving a termination notice to an employee on his/her birthday, what would you say about the organisation?

A. I am sure it’s a fictional question. Hence I can’t give a fictional answer. In an ideal world, it ought not happen but imperatives are quite often beyond one’s control. One can only take it positively by thinking that when one door closes, another door would open by God. (Easier said than imbibing, I admit)
