Telugu superstar Nagarjuna Akkineni has taken his vaccine against the coronavirus. He got his first shot on Tuesday at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He said that he got a dose of Covaxin as well. He is the first actor from the Telugu film industry to get vaccinated. Malayalam superstar Mohanlal also got his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and shared his experience. Nagarjuna started working just after the lockdown was lifted in Hyderabad. He was busy with Ahishor Solomon's movie, Wild Dog. Nagarjuna who is 60 is in the age group of people who are getting preference to get vaccination first. Mohanlal also got his vaccination some days back. Both these veterans have been busy with projects in the middle of the pandemic. The coronavirus has been unsparing in its attack. Chiranjeevi in November said that he had tested positive, but later said that his tests came as negative. It seems the testing kit was faulty. Nagarjuna is on cloud nine. His film Wild Dog's trailer has got ten million views so far. In the movie, he is playing the role of NIA officer. The movie has been shot across India. The actor has done all the stunts himself. Saiyami Kher and Dia Mirza are also an integral part of Wild Dog.
