Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma on top

India skipper Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma continue to be placed at No.1 and No.2 on the ICC ODI rankings chart. Last year, the duo had emerged as the highest run-getter in a calendar year.

Kohli and Sharma will next be in action in an ODI series later this month when they face England in the three-match series. Pune will host the fifty-over contest on March 23, 26 and 28 in absence of spectators amid a spike in COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, Babar Azam of Pakistan is placed third in the list. He follows Ross Taylor (New Zealand) and Australia skipper Aaron Finch on the elite list.

In the bottom half, Hope is joined by Faf du Plessis and David Warner over him and Kane Williamson and Quinton de Kock are placed at the bottom two.

Ross Taylor and Williamson will miss the first ODI against Bangladesh on March 20 due to injuries.
