UP govt to celebrate 4th anniversary of Yogi govt in a big way

Lucknow Mar 17 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government will organise six day long programme to celebrate the completion of four years in office of the chief minister Yogi Adityanath in a big way across the state.

Apart from the programmes at the state capital, celebration programme will be organised at each district headquarter on March 19.

CM Yogi Adityanath will address press conference here at Lucknow and a film will also be screened and an exhibition portraying various development and welfare schemes launched by the Yogi government will also be organised. There will be live telecast of the press conference to be addressed by the chief minister.

Chief Secretary R K Tewari said here on Wednesday that district magistrates have been directed to apprise the common people about the measures taken by the Yogi Adityananth government for ``reform, perform and transform ‘ in various sectors of the economy taken by the state government during the last four years.
He said the state has set a record in different sectors and UP has achieved first/ excellent position in implementation of 46 development and welfare schemes. He said there are several other records which have been achieved during the last four years.

Mr Tewari said that detailed instructions have been issued to all districts for the programmes on the completion of four years to be organised. He said soon after the conclusion of programme at Lucknow, `Vikas Pustika’ giving details of welfare and development schemes will be released at the district headquarters across the state. He said on the occasion old age and widow pension, tricycle and certificates and golden card to beneficiaries of PM Jan arigya yojna will also be distributed at districts.

The minister in charge of district will address public meetings in each district and in absence of the minister; local MLA, chairman and vice chairman of various boards and autonomous bodies will preside over the programme. He said on March 20, public meetings will be organised at each assembly constituency where `vikas pustika’ giving details of development works done in each assembly constituency during the last four years. The MLA, MLC or MP will be present during the public meetings in each assembly constituency.

Chief Secretary said on March 21 `Mission kisan kalyan; programme will be organised at each of the 851 development blocks where the farmers will be apprised of the schemes being implemented by the state government for the welfare and doubling the income of the farmers. He said farmers, their organisations and farmer’s producer’s organisations (FPO) will participate in the programme.
He said in urban areas `Missan vypari kalyan’, programme will be organised where traders will be felicitated and toolkit about the schemes for the MSME sector will be distributed to the entrepreneurs. He said the street vendors and beneficiaries of PM SVANIDHI scheme will also participate in the programme.

Chief Secretary said on March 22 under Mission Shakti programme will be organised about women safety, women empowerment, and self defence and anti Romeo squad. Women beneficiaries under National livelihood mission, women self help group, anganwadi workers, Kanya sumangal yojna, Asha bahu will participate in the programme.

On March 23 programmes on Mission rojgar will be organised across the state. The programme will focus on skill development mission for entrepreneurs, PM start-up yojna, CM Abhudya yojna, CM apprenticeship yojna. Besides members of Yuvak mangal dal and mahila mangal dal will also participate in the programme.
Chief Secretary on March 24, the focus will be on labour welfare where under `Mission labour welfare’ measures being taken by the state government for providing employment will be highlighted. Rojgar mela will also be held at each development block where registration of the migrant and other labours for Ayushman yojna and other welfare scheme will be done.

Jammu, Mar 17 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Council, which met here under the chairmanship of Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, on Wednesday approved the incorporation of the Joint Venture Company (JVC) under the name Ratle Hydro-electric Power Corporation to implement the 850 MW Ratle Hydro-Electric Project (HEP) on river Chenab at Drabshala in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir.

COVID: J&K reports 126 new +ve cases, one death
