Ever since upgrading from SW2020 to SW2021 SP2, some users are having issues with the PDM explorer columns. We have one "File List" column set defined in the admin tool called "Default View". This has the default columns plus some custom variables in a particular order. There seems to be several distinct issues:
1) The explorer view occasionally resets to "Default Columns" instead of the normally selected "Default View (preferred)". I assume that PDM adds the "(preferred)" text to the label. We never want this "Default Columns" option, because it presents a very limited amount of information. I don't understand what triggers the random switch to "Default Columns"
2) When the user customizes the width of their columns, PDM will retain the custom width for a while... but sometimes a simple refresh of the explorer window (using F5 key) will cause all of the columns to reset to a width of 100. NOTABLY, 100 is NOT the width we have customized in the admin tool.
3) We have two vaults. In one of our vaults, explorer seems to ignore the order of the columns that we have set in the admin tool. It puts all the default columns first, followed by all of our custom variable columns. The other vault seems to obey the admin tool setting. I believe this issue predates SW2021. The other two issues seems to be new with SW2021.
