Tried to get a Document Manager API license yesterday in the morning. When you go to the customer portal and click on API -> Document Manager Key Request -> Request New Document Manager Key the pop up javascript window opens underneath everything on the page and can't be filled in (I even tried inspecting the page in Chrome and tried Firefox). My VAR (CATI) confirmed this and requested help from Solidworks. It's now been a day and a half and no action from Solidworks. Of course I spent all day yesterday reinstalling Solidworks because of 2021 crashing issues. I am already behind on the project and now have lost and additional 1.75 days because of Solidworks.
I've asked for an update from CATI but it is out of their hands.
- Has anybody else successfully retrieved a Document Manager key for 2021?
- Does everybody else get sluggish response from Solidworks?
Currently no key from Solidworks and no fix on the page in the Customer Portal.
If you reduce height of browser Window, you'll have a "small window" to fill in the form.
If you have dual screen, try set one screen on top of the other.
So you can drag Window to span over both.
