Karnataka pacer Prasidh Krishna looks like he has impressed the selectors, after his 14-wicket haul in the domestic competition, according to a report in Cricbuzz.

He could pair up with the likes of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Shardul Thakur, Navdeep Saini, and T Natarajan. Jasprit Bumrah is likely to be on an extended leave after his marriage with Sanjana Ganesan. On the other hand, after some mind-boggling performances, selectors might give Krunal Pandya a go for the ODIs. He had an exceptional Vijay Hazare, where he scored two tons and two fifties. But the likes of Prithvi Shaw and Devdutt Padikkal could be ignored for now.
For now, there is no opening for the duo with the likes of KL Rahul, Shubman Gill, Shikhar Dhawan, and Rohit Sharma around. The three games are to be played in Pune, on March, 23, 26 and 28.

There might not be any other changes in the squad. Shivam Sharma (21 wickets) and Arzan Nagwaswalla (19 wickets) – are also unlikely to be considered for the upcoming series. Also, Ravindra Jadeja, who is still not fit to play, will remain on the sidelines.
