Hymn of life
Moirangthem Minakshi Devi *
With a musical cry just after birth,
Commences a human's tales of happiness and sorrow.
A life is nothing but a cozy burden we have borrowed.
Birth by birth, they toil to live in pursuit of happiness even if it appears perennially too narrow.
But, happiness in life is a temporary emotion or a classic sensation.
It gets stretched all along the life as an elegant illusion.
Happiness traps our hearts and souls not to let them break,
Though life is on a brittle but a jolly trip on a thorny track.
Life may be shaky and short but colorful like a flowering herbs,
Or may be tough and tall but barren like a fruitless shrubs.
Yet ,a golden lifestyle may invariably prompt
To mold every life purely graceful and really cherishable
By raising wish to chase vibrant dreams hardly achievable
Which may promote delightful and aspiring hopes
Rendering thus all grief and pains in life is much bearable.
Mortals! Hence,
Lead the life with an incessant effortful might,
Sailing across the sea of all even and odd events
Aiming to beget it notably joyous and glorious.
As, a human life amid beasts and animals else
On the lap of Mother Earth is a noble gift of Almighty God,
Which vividly appears so gorgeous and precious.
