Canonically Jon Snow probably wins given he's an excellent swordsman, personally defeating Ramsay Bolton who was consistently portrayed as a strong war leader both tactically and strategically.
In terms of which actor more successfully portrayed a total badass then there is zero comparison. Kit Harington seems like a nice guy but his John Snow has nothing of the charisma that the show claims, instead he seems like kind of a mopey emo kunt.
