Telia wins contract to run networks in Stockholm municipal apartments

Telia has announced a multi-year deal with municipal housing provider Familjebostader to act as communications operator, providing open network access and improving property management using digitisation. It will offer television and broadband services as well as IoT and wireless connectivity in the buildings on a platform designed with its Cygate subsidiary. Residents will be able to benefit from "smart" temperature monitoring and more efficient energy consumption.
