19F, rather small right now, when can I expect to start cutting?
So im back in track. I lost most muscle i had build previous years as this year ive been drinking a lot. I cut it down to 2 beers max per night, 2 nights a week.
Im training more like 4 times a week now although im gonna start trying to add one more day of working out. Im doing 2 leg days and 2 upper days (following a specific program).
Do I have some muscle or am I just skinny fat? This is actually the biggest ive ever been. I prefer a smaller physique. When can I expect to start cutting?
You look good OP, I wouldn't be cutting now - that's my opinion anyway.
Just keep training and getting stronger. This process should actually be actually easier from your current condition. You don't need to pile on weight - just eat enough to allow continued gym progress.
